Handling & Transport
Hydraulic incline lifter that moves carcasses, meat bins and frozen goods between floor levels along a fixed rail.
Multi-storey slaughter plants and cold stores need a way to move carcasses, hooks and bins between floors without a full elevator shaft — the track-type lifter climbs a fixed inclined rail using hydraulic drive, carrying single hooks or dual-rail loads continuously rather than in a stop-start elevator cycle. It's a common fixture on the bleeding-to-precooling stretch of a slaughter line.
Climbs at 25°–35° without the stop-start cycle of a platform lift.
Twin Φ60×4mm SUS304 rails keep bins and hooks level under load.
Line speed tunable from 6–15 m/min to match upstream throughput.
Specifications shown are typical ranges — final configuration is confirmed against your production requirements and voltage standard.
